China Product Sourcing Agreement
Draft AGREEMENT as of XX, XX, 2008, between
_____________________________________________, located at
_____________________________________________________________
(hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), and Amlink International Corp
in Ann Arbor, MI. The client is engaging Amlink International to work at
a flat rate of $________(amount) towards sourcing
___________________________________________(product name) in P. R.
China.
Rates: The client agrees that this work
is done on a flat rate basis. This means that Amlink will bill the
client only once. The rate for this work will be $________________
total.
The work: Amlink shall commence sourcing
_________(product) for the Client in China immediately after both
parties sign this agreement. The client will provide Amlink with details
of the product, including samples, drawings, quantities, specifications
if any and target prices. Amlink will search and select one or several
qualified suppliers in China, which can meet the client’s requirement.
Completion Date: Amlink agrees to
finalize the selection of supplier(s) with _____days after this
agreement takes effect.
Payment of Fees: The client agrees to pay
the entire service fee of $____________ to Amlink before Amlink releases
profile of the selected supplier(s) to the client.
Bank Address: to be provided when
needed
Assignment of Project: Amlink
International Corp reserves the right to assign portions of this project
to subcontractors to ensure the right expertise for the job as well as
on-time completion.
Refund: Amlink will refund the
client entire service fee shall the selected supplier(s) is proven to be
lack of abilities required to carry out such duties as to manufacture
the product(s) with specifications presented by the client initially.
Confidentiality: Amlink and the client
both agree to keep confidentiality of any and / or all business
transactions as result of this agreement
