Ten  Most Toxic Internet Scams and Frauds

Amlink Business Advise   03-28-2009

Scam 9  -  "Urgent Order and Ready to Order" technique

This is a fairly confusing technique. Amlink's marble business receives hundreds of "urgent order" emails every months. Many have exactly the same content but different senders. Nevertheless, all have the same style, always contain attractive titles before sender's name such as Dr., Mr., Rev., etc, and always comprise of unique keywords, "urgent", "order", "method of payment" and "pick up". The momentary amounts involved in such emails vary between several hundred to several thousand dollars but have never been a huge numbers.

An actual email representing this category of scam and fraud in its entirety is displayed below. Although the intentions of such conducts and how the senders will profit remains unclear, we have pretty much determined this type of emails are scams. If someone has any opinions or experiences on this confusing scam techniques, please send an email to support@amlinkmarble.com so we can update this part of the article.
