The 3rd ministerial meeting of Ministry of Commerce on Apr 10, 2008
and the 22nd ministerial meeting of Ministry of Science and Technology
on Sep 3, 2008 has deliberated and approved the revised List of
Technologies Prohibited or Restricted from Export, which is now
released and shall take effect as from Nov 1, 2008. The List of
Technologies Prohibited or Restricted from Export issued in Decree
No.16, 2001 of the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation and Ministry of Science and Technology is terminated at
the same time.
