will request from you the detailed product information, including spec
sheet, design drawings and if available, a sample of the product to be
mass produced. We will also ask you to sign a
service agreement, authorizing us
to commence product sourcing process immediately. This is a worry free
service for you. You will pay a small flat
fee for this service. We promise to optimize product
selections for you. Multiple product sourcing options will be presented
upon request. After the targeted source is finalized, we will continue
to monitor and coordinate production, quality control and logistic
arrangement. However, you will be responsible for the costs associated
with the process. We will keep you informed of order status.
Assisted Sourcing Assisted product sourcing
services are offered to the client who wish to have more direct
involvement in the process. In this case, we will provide you with a
list of manufacturers or suppliers that are capable of producing or
supplying your specific product, their profile and our assessments,
opinions and recommendations. You may choose to meet with portion or all
of the prequalified suppliers in China, to tour their facilities, to
have serious discussions with them to further evaluated their
qualification. We will make necessary arrangements for your trip,
including scheduling, transportation and interpreter services if needed,
to make sure your trip to China is smooth and effective. We will bill
you, at each stage, for the costs and utilizations of our professional
services at a mutually agreed rate. At any stage of the product sourcing
process, if you are not fully satisfied with our product sourcing
service, you may choose to terminate you business relation with us.
However, you must compensate us for all services that have already been
rendered. Assisted product sourcing is the most comprehensive way to
