In general, product sourcing involves the following phases:
 General evaluation of the needs for product sourcing, their feasibility and related industrial intelligence.
General research on product availabilities, technological achievability, cost feasibility and potential operation
issues.
Locating available and suitable supplier or manufacturer in China, initiating the relationship, and drafting specific product sourcing plan.
Facilitating communications with the selected supplier or the manufacturer regarding technical specifications, engineering plan if needed, cost estimation, contract or agreement term negotiation, production and logistic arrangements and other import export issues.
Developing and implementing product sourcing solutions, including purchasing plan, production plan, quality control
measures, supply chain monitoring and management, logistic solutions and other import export related operating
procedures.
In order to accomplish the above mentioned tasks smoothly, we set forth
the following product sourcing procedure:
1. Complete a simple client information form so
that we have basic understanding of your business and products.
2. Send us details of the products you plan to
be sourced in China, including samples and drawings of the products if
available, physical and chemical specifications if any, expected
monthly volume after prototype is finalized and
approved and target prices you would like to accept.
3. We will conduct preliminary research to
determine feasibilities of your product sourcing request and notify you
as
soon as positive results of our research are concluded.
4. You will be asked to sign a product sourcing
service agreement with us, authorizing us to proceed with the formal

5. Within the time frame as stipulated in the
agreement, we will finish the selection of the supplier(s) that based on
our
evaluation and at our discretion, are qualified to manufacture your
products.
6. Release business profile of our selected
supplier(s) and their "Letter of Intent for Cooperation" to you after
receiving a payment from you for the portion of product sourcing
services that are already rendered by us.
7. If assisted product sourcing services are
chosen, we will make necessary arrangements for your trip to China.
8. We will assist you and the selected supplier
to negotiate the terms reach a final sales and purchase agreement.
9. We will on you behalf coordinate and monitor
production, quality control and delivery of the products sourced from
China through our sourcing service. |
